Not going to lie, I woke up with a bad attitude
I pretty much had today pegged as being long & pointless, so i woke up a bitch. Today, however was a giant wake up call.
The day did indeed start out bad, my windshield wiper lever on my car broke off, like literally, it’s not attached anymore. Aaaaand I needed it this morning, but obviously I couldn’t use it haha so almost dying 3 times on the drive put me in an even worse mood.
Anyway, I get to my cousins house at 6am to baby sit & I’m thinking like crap, when am I going to work out today? I’m going to be here for 16+ hours with 2 kids who never sleep at the same time because I’m just not that lucky & I’m going to be BEAT after I get to leave.
The baby, she’s about 9 months, starts crying & wants me to hold her. So I pick her up & start walking around & I get this pretty obvious idea.
DO SQUATS WITH THE BABY IN MY ARMS.
Uhm, hello! Why had I not thought about this before? Anyway, we’ve been doing squats & other similar exercises all day.
This was like a little light bulb going off in my head. Don’t write off a day before it even starts. YOU have the power to change the day, the month, even your entire life around.
I hope I can remember this.

Edit - BTW when i found out, I was walking to college listening to Lady Gaga. I may or may not have ran twirling down the streets beside the cars and schoolbuses. (I have no regrets, none whatsoever)
